The lease runs from 8/12/2023 - 7/22/2024. The apartment is 608 sq ft, has a stackable washer / dryer, a balcony with a storage closet and is 7 MINUTES TO SHSU. The apartment is fully-furnished by The Forum. The monthly rent and fees are as follows:

RENT = $995 / month, The Forum charges each resident a monthly $5 GREEN FEE, a monthly $14 LANDLORD LIABILITY (renter's insurance) fee, and a ONE-TIME $50 UTILITY MANAGEMENT FEE. In addition, there is a monthly $30 FURNITURE FEE.

I WILL PAY THE FIRST MONTH RENT ($995) + FIRST MONTH FEES ($5 + $14 +$30) + ONE-TIME UTILITY MANAGEMENT FEE ($50) = $1,094 !! INTERNET AND CABLE ARE INCLUDED !!
