The Centre is right in the middle of the newly renovated community of Overton Park. Being directly across the street from Texas Tech’s campus, students can walk to school from here or take the provided bus to campus.

Each apartment comes with black appliances and a full sized refrigerator. They all have private balconies and bathrooms. Cable TV is provided along with internet.

Community amenities here include wifi, a computer center and 24 hour fitness center. It also has a swimming pool complete with hot tub. Inside the community center there is also a pool table and media room.
