The room is ready to move in. January rent is already paid. February rent will be paid as well. $599 monthly rent + utiltities

-private bedroom and bathroom in a 4 person apartment
-covered parking
-pool, gym, pool table, many amenities
-in unit washer/dryer
-fully furnished
-carpets in bedroom recently shampooed
-4x4 unit
We will pay the relenting fee, transfer fee if you want a different unit at The Armory.
So it can be a male or female unit. We would just do a transfer to a different unit if you want.
