I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1BR/1BR in a 4x4 from August 15th. 2025 through July 24th, 2026 Year at Axis West Campus. The apartment complex has a lot to offer, including being one of the few apartments to have a dog park, and windows in every room. To speak upon the behalf of its convenience, it is about a 3-5 minute walk from the 642 bus to campus, and does not get too loud with the West Campus parties as far as I'm concerned. All of the amenities are noted to the best of my knowledge, however furnishing add-ons are $45/month, and controlled access and assigned parking is $105/month.
