About Offering Townhome Sublease from May 1 to July 31, 2023
Looking for a male student to sublet 1 bedroom (Bed B on the 2nd floor) for the summer starting May 1st, 2023 at Torre Apartments. This is a shared unit with 3 other male students, with monthly rent at $1385. I'll contribute $186 plus utilities, leaving the sublet amount at $1200/month from May - July.
