This is a nice studio apartment within walking distance of UT campus. The rent is $820 a month and the utilities vary, but it's usually $80-$100. It is on the second level. Your Sublet will become available within the last two weeks of June or at the start of July. You do not have to pay rent for June.

Note: There is a fridge, a laundry room available close by, and two large closets. A bathroom and a stove are here as well.

The items in the pictures, including the bed, will be moved out before you move in.
