Looking for someone to sublease after finals (May 14th). Two current roommates. Room is on the second floor and the guest room is bought out next to it so you get the entire floor (2 rooms, 2 baths). Main room is gigantic and has two large windows. Comes furnished including TVs with Rokus already installed. Free parking and gate clicker included. Electric is separate (usual cost is $50/month). Lease ends July 20th. Patio and yard attached.
