Love the house- tons of space and lots of fun. HOWEVER, I'm writing this review because of the experience that I (and all of my 7 roommates) had with the landlords. They're just an awful headache- condescending and dishonest and invasive and very passive aggressive. I have never been treated so unfairly by a landlord before. If you aren't careful, you'll realize that they try to nickel and dime you for everything, constantly throw their unreasonable "lease addendum" at you, and then go and breach it themselves. Like I said, the house was a blast, but rent was way overpriced, utilities were brutal (which, in a big house is understandable, so that's fine), but having to deal with the landlords just made it not worth it. I don't typically write reviews for things, but I felt the need to get a warning out somewhere. They are NOT fun people to rent from, and I feel bad saying such negative things about them, but I just don't want people to have to go through what we went through. ...
