They take care of maintenance requests right away, and the manager Erin is super friendly and upbeat. Great community, and the apartments have great amenities. Love living here! I rented from spring 2018 through fall 2018.

The Brittany apartments have been my favorite place to live as a student! Management is great. Erin is willing to work with you and is a kind person. The other tenants are pretty great too, the ward is fun. Price is fair for what you get. You can tell the apartments are kind of old, but they're well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms have been renovated and are really nice. I seriously loved living here, would recommend. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2018. ...

I lived at the Brittany for 3 years, and I loved it there! They have the best management ever and are so friendly! They are always willing to help you with apartment needs, and are quick to respond. I rented from spring 2015 through winter 2018.

This is such a fun, social, quality place. Erin is a great manager and she responds quickly. The ward is amazing!! The only downside is that it's a bit far from campus (about a 15-20 minute walk to get onto main campus). The apartments are nice and are well taken care of. Cleaning checks (especially when you're moving out) are ridiculous. They ask for/expect far more than is reasonable. I rented from spring 2017 through summer 2017.

The Brittany was a fantastic place to live! The ward is great, everyone was very friendly, and the apartments are large with lots of storage space. Management is absolutely amazing--Erin was so sweet and made sure to know each of us. I really enjoyed living in the Brittany and will probably end up moving back. The only downfall is there is no reserved parking, and never enough spots for everyone to park. I didn't have a car so I never had to deal with that problem, but my roommates have had to park a block or two away at times. But overall the Brittany is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone! I rented from winter 2016 through summer 2017. ...

Instant service from managment, if something is broke or needs replacing they are on top of it right away. Not a whole lot of parking, but close enough walking distance to Smiths and campus you can get by without a car if needs be. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2017. ...

The management, Erin in particular, is great. Very friendly, accommodating, and reasonable, even if you've forgotten your key again.... They do fun activities for the residents too. The ward has fun, down to earth people. The apartments are a ten to fifteen minute walk away from BYU. My only complaints are the limited parking, which tends to fill up by about 7:30, and how not sound proof the walls are--the piano in the lounge downstairs can be heard in any room. I rented from summer 2016 through winter 2017. ...
