Parking sucks like none other. You can buy a parking sticker but that doesn't mean you'll get somewhere to park. Also the spots are way smaller than normal so expect your door to get dinged multiple times. We lived in a top unit that was pretty nice except for the carpet. They did replace a lot of other units carpet though. The management won't ever help you out. A kid was drinking and getting high in our apartment and we reported it and they threatened to throw us out for it. They also have the worst internet and will never be switching to google fibre because the GM has a buddy at crappy veracity. Our cable would cut in and out all the time and after 4 visits and 6 months they finally fixed it. The rent is high too for the shoebox of a private room you get. Also there's 6 guys to a fridge. You have each guy with a gallon of milk and a left over pizza and there's no more room. The freezer was a joke. There's just enough room to get a 2L of ice-cream for each person. The only good thing about king-henry is Melissa. She is hands down the coolest person there and will actually help you with cleaning checks and is pretty lenient. The GM would always come to our apartment to ask what he could do to make it better, but then nothing ever happens. I was here from Winter 2013-2014. I rented from winter 10 through winter 11. ...

Have loved living here as a sophomore. The people here are great! I always could find something to do. A bit too far from campus. Happy I lived here. Maintenance is fast.

Mixed review. We had a lot of trouble with our internet, it went out all of the time. Whenever we talked to the staff about it, they said they would send someone over to fix it, but never did. Also, the cable worked about 30% of the time. If you come home past 10, the parking lot is completely full, so don't plan on having a parking spot. It is even worse in the winter, where they don't plow the lot at all, so not only is it full, but covered in ice. The apartment is pretty decent size, which is nice, but the walls are very thin, so plan on hearing everything going on in the apartment next to you. The apartment next to us had a dishwasher that flooded every time they used it, but when they talked to the staff, they said it wasn't a big enough problem for them to replace, so they were stuck with a dishwasher that didn't work. The clubhouse computer center is a joke, the computers are ancient and the printer works 15% of the time. It was pretty social, which was fun. It wasn't too bad, but I would never live there again. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

I not recommend King Henry mainly because of their management. Their management is rude and snobby. I feel like they have no right to treat any of their residents badly. Especially since they are just secretary's. I've had multiple issues with parking, maintenance but what infuriates me the most is if someone new is moving into the apartment midway through a semester, they never tell you. Not that they need our permission or anything, but just a heads up would have been nice so we could make sure to clean up and make more space for the new roommate. It is also much too overpriced for the quality of living. DO NOT LIVE HERE I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

I really loved living at King Henry and I'm glad that I've been here for so long. I've lived here for almost 2 years and made a lot of good friends. The parking is by far the worst. The spots are tiny, there are many times when I can barely get out of my car because I had to squeeze my car into a small spot. Other than that I haven't had that many complaints. The apartments are small. But I figure you get that basically everywhere you go living in provo near BYU. The maintenance is the best. If there is anything wrong, just call it in and they'll fix it within the next day. I loved it here and I would suggest it to anyone. lived here fall of 2011- spring of 2013 I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

I WOULD NOT recommend King Henry to anyone!! In fact I would discourage it greatly! The staff are rude and actually shut the door in my face even though there was still 10 minutes until they were supposed to close. The parking spots are tiny and I received multiple scratches and dings on my car and my car is a small car. Rent is way over priced for the size of room you are getting as well. And it is far away from campus. I got married half way through my contract and they wont work with you at all but they will if you are leaving on a mission which I feel is unfair and bias. When you pay rent online it only works half of the time but they don't tell you it didn't go through until its considered late so then you have to pay a $40 late fee. My experience at King Henry was a horrible one and I would recommend looking at other places. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

I lived in a downstairs apartment for spring/summer 2012, and in an upstairs one for fall 2012. I have to say that the upstairs apartments are so much nicer, with the vaulted ceilings and better lighting in the living rooms. The bedrooms are really small whether you live in a "large" or "regular" apartment, because those terms apply to only the living room size and kitchen. Because I wanted to save money, I signed for "regular" apartments, and boy, those living rooms are TINY! So, I have to say that the apartments are a little overpriced, due to the really small bedrooms and living rooms in some of them. There were lots of complex-sponsored activities during my time there, but I didn't go to a lot of them because I don't care to go to things that start at 9P.M. or later when I have to get up as early as 6A.M. the next day. The activities that I did do, though, were a lot of fun! I didn't at all mind the location because I have a car, so it was only a 5 minute drive to school. I also love how the complex has the mountains for a backdrop, such a beautiful view! I give the management a high rating because I personally felt that they were very nice to me and did the best they could to help me. Well, what can I say about parking? Sure, parking may be plentiful, but the spaces are tiny. A lot of people apparently don't look at how close they park to the vehicles around them, mine included! In the 8 months I lived at King Henry, there were 5 different occasions where someone parked so close to me, I couldn't get into my car! I was late for class twice because of that, and thank God I didn't have work in the mornings, or I could have gotten enough demerits to lose my job for being late! Cleaning checks were actually pretty easy for the 2 apartments I lived in; I never failed a single item, not even once. I also liked how the lady wrote words like "beautiful" or "fabulous" on the forms when my entire apartment passed! Overall, I did enjoy my time at King Henry. My ward's bishopric was really great, and I made friends with some very nice people. I would recommend living here, but just be very wary about the parking! ...

The social scene is good, but it is what you make of it. The parking is a little bit of a joke, really small spots. They have a nice pool and an amazing field, I would live here S/S but not F/W. Some of the apartments are really nice, but you pay way too much for it. Especially since it is so far away from campus. Overall my experience was good. I would recommend Freshman/Sophomores live here, older crowds may feel awkward. I rented from winter 11 through spring 11. ...

For the most part I enjoyed living at King Henry. For the most part it was easy to make friends, as long as you did it at the beginning of the semester. After you had your group, that was pretty much it. Loved the pool and open field and everyone was really friendly. Laundry takes debit/credit cards now instead of being coin-operated. Parking is ridiculous as is the internet. They also find a bunch of hidden fees that they charge you when you sign, throughout the year, and especially when you check-out. The ward was great, and it was as social as you made it. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

If you have a car don't live here! They purposley make parking spots smaller then ragulation size in order to make money on parking. 50% of the people I know who lived here received scratches or damage to their care while living here. WAY OVERPRICED! When you see the apartments they look nice and possibly worth the heafty price tag but they definetley are not. Horrible front desk staff, always rude. Overrated. Management is terrible. Hidden fees and terrible cleaning checks. It's really sad that this is BYU approved housing, because they're like satan's little minions. Social life is okay, I'm a firm believer that you can have a great social life anywhere, you don't need to be put here to make friends. Pretty close to campus, there's a bus stop right behind the complex. Parking is horrific. Quality is good, better than other crummy housing. Private rooms are super small. If I were you, I'd try somewhere else if you could. A good strt for Freshman if off-campus isn't available. I rented from fall '08 through winter '09. ...

I drive a full size truck. If i find an open parking spot, I have to do a 9 point turn just to fit in. Parking is something they need to fix asap! The only bad thing about King Henry is that it's hard sometimes to find a parking spot. Other than that it's definitely the best student housing I or any of my friends have ever lived in or visited. I had a great summer last year at King Henry! It was way social and really fun- tons going on every night! I stopped by the office a lot and made some good friends there- I thought they were really nice and helpful. It's such a fun place to live with all your friends! And in the summer its a good price- I only paid $125 rent a month. I rented from spring '09 through summer '09. ...
