I'm subletting my apartment (#10) for the remainder of my lease (1 July - 29 July). The rent is $1030 + $135 for utilities (wifi, water, trash) except for electricity, which the subtenant pays for. The property is within a walking distance of the University Grounds (about 15 mins) and the University Hospital. There are several bus routes easily accessible as well!
