I'm looking for a female subletter to take over my lease at Lark on Main for Spring 2024 (Jan-Aug). The apartment is a fully furnished 4 bed 4 bath - my room is a large bedroom with a private bathroom. It has an in-unit washer and dryer, is fully furnished, has a study room, gym and other amenities. It's also right next to the hospital, a bus stop, and it is a 5 minute walk from the Corner. Rent is $1008 + electricity.
