It's located right behind the Corner, a 5 minute walk to the hospital, and a ten minute walk to the Rotunda! This apartment is huge, nearly 2000 square feet, and would be perfect for three or four people to split the rent. It's also pet friendly!

Features of the apartment include 13 foot ceilings, a five-window turret in the downstairs bedroom, as well as spacious dining and living rooms.The upstairs bedroom has full height ceilings, several little nooks, a double vanity bathroom and is over 600 square feet on its own - perfect for two people! The kitchen has solid wood cabinets, garbage disposal, microwave, gas range, and a refrigerator. We've included a few pictures of it as it's currently furnished so you can get a sense of scale, as well as some of it empty that were from the listing when we signed our lease.

Pending an accepted application with the landlord and our departure from the unit, you would be able to move in August 2nd, but we are open to discussing a later move-in date. Ideally we would like for a full lease takeover or sublease which would go until May 2022. All utilities (aside from electricity) like gas, water, and Ting internet are included in a monthly flat fee, and two designated off-street parking spots are included in the rent. Pets are an additional deposit.
