Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located at 1029 Wertland Street, just two blocks from UVA's Central Grounds, the Corner, and the Medical Center. The apartment is available for subletting any time after July 1 through late August. The whole apartment is available ($1750) or rent just one of the bedrooms ($875). Utilities are $140 a month, which includes internet, trash, and water/sewer. Electricity is the tenant's responsibility. A reserved, off-street parking spot comes with the apartment. We are flexible about the length of time for the sublet. The common area of the apartment will be furnished, as well as at least one of the bedrooms.
