The Bayside Collection features 3 vintage Everett brick buildings. The Windsor and Mayfair buildings are mirror images of each other featuring open floorplans and large hallways in a classic brick apartment building. In the Mayfair and Windsor buildings, the first floor is 1/2 a flight of stairs down; and the second floor is 1/2 a flight up. In the Court building, all apartments are on the second floor, and the garage is at street level. There are no elevators; however, apartments on higher floors may have a beautiful view.
