HOW TO HOLD THIS APARTMENT:
Easy online application process through our third party provider Onsite. I will provide the application link once I receive your certified check for the $400 hold fee. (Applied to deposit at move in) AND you email me your proof of income and ID. We require monthly income of 2.5X rent. Can be a combination of employment/student aid/bank statements in your name OR a co-signer with income of 4X rent. I suggest bringing the hold fee to the tour as I lease to the first applicant to hand me a check and then email me Income and ID. Plus eliminates another trip.
