Great Space - Taylor Avenue is a 17-unit, 4-story complex built in the 1970's and located on beautiful Queen Anne. We

Anne, just a few blocks from the top of the hill. Short distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, Seattle
Center, and fabulous nightlife. Close distance to a QFC on Mercer St, plus the amazing restaurants and
small business shops, fitness clubs and yoga studios. We are on Bus Routes 3 and 4 to Downtown Seattle and Seattle Pacific University.

This is a pet friendly building and pets 20lbs or under are welcome, with an additional deposit and a small pet rent of $55/month, plus a pet deposit.

Rent is $1795, WSG $115 per month plus a $1000 deposit and a $45 application fee. Electric is with Seattle Utilities (City of Seattle) every 2 months. Parking is $125 carport / $100 alley.
