It is being offered on a 12 month Lease term with 2 weeks free rent. There is a $75 monthly utility fee for water, sewer, garbage.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are allowed.
