Charming Capitol Hill 1 Bedroom - 2 Weeks Free - The Madison Place apartments is a 40 unit building built in 1989. It is located around the corner from the Capitol Hill Trader Joe's and near the Safeway off Madison. There are a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants to discover as well as a Metro bus line that stops in front of the building that goes downtown every 15 minutes.

This unit is situated on the Northeast corner of the building which receives great natural light. It has beautiful laminate floors, a small deck, as well as a washer/dryer in unit. Depending on availability, an assigned parking stall could be rented for $75/month in the attached garage.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
