Apartment has been cleaned beforehand, and can negotiate on leaving some items there (couch, dressers etc.). The apartment is in the TWELVE at U district, two blocks from trader joes, two blocks from safeway, three from the light rail, and a ten minute walk to campus. Gated & patrolled parking garage, parking spot will be rolled over to the new tenant. Can negotiate slightly on rent.
