2. PRE-SCREENING :
We require that an interested party first get pre-screened a bit before there is any showing of the property.
Here is a quick and easy way to pre-screen yourself a bit… before you spend $50 and apply:

A- GO to our company website at redroofrentals.com ,
B- CLICK on “AM I APPROVABLE?” in the toolbar and, before you spend $50 to
apply,
C- REVIEW THE LIST OF 9 CRITERIA to see if your application might be
approvable… but you still must actually APPLY to really find out!

3. APPLYING:
Do you want to go ahead and APPLY, whether you have seen it or not?... to get screening started on your application.

A. CLICK on “AVAILABLE” in the toolbar,
B. FIND THE HOME you are interested in and
C. CLICK on “APPLY NOW” on the far-right side where you can APPLY and PAY
the $50/adult application fee ONLINE with a credit card.
