There are hardwood floors throughout the living area and tile flooring in bathroom. There is a full size stackable washer and dryer in the unit and air conditioning!

-There is a full time concierge and maintenance professional on staff, exercise room, rentable guest suite and a roof top with BBQs, tables, and chairs and fire pit.
