Living at Brighton has been a challenge especially since Andy took over he’s too fixated on moving people in after a former tenant moved out two - three weeks prior NOTHING is being fixed nor are background checks being done. Swat, cops, and fire department are regular fixtures in the community. Noisy Noisy neighbors who allow kids to run in hallways and play in carports in which vehicles don’t belong to them are being damaged, 24/7 thumping and bumping and stomping seems like it’s permitted cause when you confront the resident who allows the nonsense to go down they look at you like your KRAZY or my favorite “ Their just kids” ?? EXACTLY kids don’t run ? so sit they ? DOWN. Consistently seeing drug addicts and homeless people sleeping or using drugs in laundry rooms make you not want to use the facilities at all. Andy is to consumed with helping his fellow people that he’s moving in families of 10-14 people into 3rd floor apartments. Maintenance if that’s what you want to call them do absolutely nothing but sit in the office and haw haw and kee kee with management. But for the life of me I can’t figure out what hit is they manage. Any current issues are always blamed on previous owners. All & All Brighton is a absolute joke of a property so rent at your own risk ?? ...
