The management is piss poor and their billing practices are crooked. Stay away unless you are looking for The Standard in getting bent over. I"m getting harrassed over a $31.95 electricity bill that they never ONCE sent me after the lease was over. The did not take it out of my deposit, but sent the deposit back to me. Now, 8 weeks later, I'm getting a bill for the 1st time, with $150 in penalties. I'm thinking about hiring an attorney just out of principle. I have one I can use for free, I'm ready to make them spend more than I owe fighting over these ridiculous fees and it's not my fault they were too inept to subtract it out of my deposit. ...
