Don't do it- maintenance is not great- I've had something that's needed fixing since I moved in and after one consultation nothing! I moved in almost a year ago. Roaches everywhere; small appliances i.e. half size cooker and dishwasher but updated; a/c works well. Too pricey for what you get; water is not separately metered. Close to campus but that's really the only plus. Go elsewhere- you can do better! I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...
