I have had the misfortune of staying in this hell hole for 2years. The landlord, Brenda Tolbert is a inefficient b**ch that could care less about the tenants of the property. The maintenance people don't care about anything and apparently neither does the owners of the property. I have had to write letters and send a complaint to the BBB because the crap that goes on here is so extreme. Please, for the love of all that is good, save your time, money, and sanity. I rented from fall '09 through fall 11. ...
