Management was always friendly and available to help with any issues. Maintenance was done promptly. I lived on the bottom floor so the people above us must have had pet elephants because they were pretty loud, but other than that, I had a very positive experience. ...

the current manager is AWFUL!!!! and the apartments look nice but they are falling apart and everything in my apartment has broken and it is only October. My apartment was robbed and someone he let into our apartment (to work on it) opened the windows all of them and we did not know about it until we were being robbed. our hair conditioner has broken 3 times since we started school our washer flooded our entire apartment, it stinks. They expected us to open our windows so that it could air our well we live on the first floor and we have no screens on our windows. The best part about these apartment is the location. its right on campus, but I WILL NEVER LIVE HERE AGAIN!!! ...
