It's ok but you cannot survive here unless you have two jobs being single .I moved here cause the rent said 650. Once you sign the lease all kind of fees hit now I'm paying 724 late fees 100 and they don't waive the late fee at all ..I had Covid and couldn't pay on time cause I didn't work I explained that to management and they hurry up and hit me with a late fee really before I could hang up the phone...I never lived anywhere where people are so money hungry if you pay rent on line it's 7,95 with a money order it's 3.95 that their price not money order cost ...it's crazy I am ready to go before I become homeless .If you're not well off don't stop at Bowman heights it says pool no pool been down since I been there..Rent remains the same even without all the amenities no pool cut rent or remove it all together false advertising..move in at your own risk ...
