They're not under new managment, they are under NO management!!! The community has been sold and they have fired the managers, and have 'temporay' people in the office. Power is out in the parking lots and there are no lights outside in the breezways. Very un-safe! Rent here at your own risk! I rented from fall '07 through fall 11. ...
