If you're smart, you'll find a better apartment complex. This place is deceiving. The management staff are terrible and unprofessional. They may smile at you the first day, but as soon as a major issue crops up their claws come out and they either blame everything on you or refuse to help. There is always a strong scent of pot surrounding the complex as well as inside your units plus other nauseating smells. It is also not safe for your pet. Other residents have zero lack of respect and will just open their front door and let their dog run outside off leash. Maintenance is very unresponsive to requests and will only put a "band-aid" on the major stuff. Signing a lease with this complex is the worst decision you could make. I rented from winter 2017 through fall 2017. ...
