Affordable and plenty of parking. The west side was pretty trashy, so I recommend not getting an apartment over there. A few apartments had only one neighbor, which would help since the walls are sort of thin (you can hear doors slam, loud TVs/radio, etc.). The landlord's nice and they're is a lot of cheap dining within walking distance. I rented from fall '06 through spring '09. ...
