This place is a NIGHTMARE! If the management doesn't make you want to kill yourself (they are rude, disrespectful, condescending, and so unhelpful) the unsafe conditions (think RATS, no gate, broken lights) and the lack of response from management might do it (one girl overheard them saying "go throw out some rat traps in their place. i don't want to call an exterminator. Those cost money."). Oh, and if that isn't enough the place is a dive. While they may make it look nice (if you are lucky enough to get new carpets...) the walls are thinner than anything. We feel like we get front row seats to a porn show nightly b/c we can hear every move our neighbors make. And to top that all off, they are converting this place into condos, and construction starts at 7am, so i've been warned to be ready to be woken up to shaking walls, and pounding hammers which can go as late as 7pm. Can't wait until my lease is up!!! btw - they say ample parking - it is zoned for 1 space for the lofts and 2.5 for the 4 bedroom... ...
