Unfortunately I'm responsible for damages, because they tell you nothing but a car could be parked in the garage however as you all can see people utilize the garage as their own personal storage and it's falls me to pay for damages.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE if your car is worth value. Sick and shocked by how unprofessional the mg property management team has been and made my moving experience horrible dealing with water damage walls and ceiling mold growing in the apartment contaminating everything and maintenance request never getting completed. It literally is a hazmat sound zone that is uninhabitable to live in from the broken appliances to the cracked countertops and the unattentive staff lacking compassion and sense of urgency have made this place horrible to live in. I'm still in shock by the way I've been treated inhumanely discriminated against for services and ignored while this place was never moving ready from the beginning and had multiple problems that did not get repaired in a timely manner and after contacting their corporate office they failed to correct the problems and even went as far as ignoring them and hiring a lawyer instead of a real staff and maintenance crew to manage this property correctly efficiently with integrity so don't count on their corporate partners doing anything that they already aren't doing which is nothing to provide a quality place to live. Shame on you all of you involved with making this place awful and acting as if you care when you don't I will be reporting you to fair housing. And I have video documentation to prove everything so if you care about where you live don't live here because elevate and Discovery Park is deescalating your quality of life risking your health and safety of your family and friends, it's not worth it. ...

It was a nightmare getting anything fixed and management was unprofessional and unavailable they wouldn't even return calls. They had water damaged everywhere and running toilets and nest thermostats that would click on during peak hours like utilities were included. Moving in and out was like pulling wisdom teeth. ...

Very awesome place, staff is completely on point and maintenance is the best I've ever encountered. Yes the pool had been green, but the maintenance guys replaced a couple of parts and brought our beautiful pool back to life. Whoever talks badly about this staff and maintenance needs to realize it's not easy to please everyone at moments. The apartments themselves are lovely. Many of the floor plans have odd angles making it difficult to align furniture. The worst part is the staff and maintenance. It can take several days or up to weeks to get anything fixed and if there is damage due to a maintenance problem they staff will refuse to clean that and the tenant gets stuck with the clean up or their security deposit taken. ...
