And Taylor lies about things through her teeth. Both women are horrible nasty and vile. They need to be replaced immediately. You need to be a gun owner to live here. Its for your safety 1) if your white the Mexican cartel will want to kidnap and rape you, the highway to Mexico is right there. 2) if you are black you will fit right in. 3) Some residents love to blast their music and bang on the walls, hey why not disturb your neighbors. 4) there is 2 or 3 local gangs near by, probably moved here from California. Trying to claim territory over 16th street. This place in 3 years went from luxury to bughetto. the residents here love to ram the gate open and break the gate all the time. The glass doors have never worked with a key fob you can just pull them open and any one can walk right in from 16th street. The hallways smell like weed, I could have sworn this was a non smoking property. The pool parties are loud and keep people awake all hours of the night. Filled with college teenagers who don't even live here. Management is no where to be found. The office is closed every Sunday Security, we use to have a guard however he would fall asleep at night. We don't have any security guards at all now. They use to have a no credit check lease so any meth head could live here for 3 months, ohh by the way..... A meth dealer did live here selling meth. After he was evicted his car was still in the property for several months and he was still selling meth out of his car. Cars get broken into in the parking garage. The trash shoots are disgusting The main lobby floor is filfthy Gym equipment is always stolen People don't pick up pop outside for their dogs Nor do they pick up their trash from the pool, am I on Los Angeles? I thought this was Phoenix. The salt water pool is green lol There was a domestic dispute with a man and a woman that involved a gun on the 4th floor a couple months back. Homeless people live in the stairwell by the parking garage for building 2. Peoples car alarms go off all night long Also my husband and I feel like Taylor is a homophobe and a racist. She literally had tried to scapegoat us both, because we're a gay jewish couple. We both have contacted GreyStar corporate and filed a complaint against Taylor. We have also advised them that we don't work for Taylor and her derogatory actions with us is not appropriate. GreyStar works for us and we want her removed.
