management sucks. If there is a maintenance issue management won't apologize and will make you feel like it's your fault. Maintenance issues will not be taken care of in a timely matter. (I work at a hotel so I know first hand how to operate a similar property.) Maintenance issues they consider "emergency" will not be taken care of for a few days also. I rented from spring '08 through spring '09. ...
