Be aware that not all of the apartments are updated. Insist on seeing the actual unit you will be moving into - some are aweful. Mine was clean, but others I've seen are hideous. You will also get noise from your neighbors, but if you're OK with that the price is right. I rented from fall '08 through fall '08. ...
