This is the worst rental unit I have ever lived. The staff are dumber than bricks. I have had 4 managers in under 1 year and too many leasing agents to count. Flooding and water shutoff are at least 4 times per year. Nothing is ever fixed properly so it is on a continuous breaking cycle. I rented from winter '08 through winter '08. ...
