absolutely HORRIBLE. would NEVER recommend "Gateway at Tempe" to anyone -- or at least anyone that wants to be safe. several car break-ins, things stolen from cars AND apartments, 2 rapes just this last february, rape and shooting/stabbing last year, there is constant noise/tooo many parties alll the time, the list goes on and on -- bottom line -- DON'T LIVE AT GATEWAY. although the price is affordable and it is fairly close to school, i would rather be safe and not jeopordize my life, and sacrifice the decent location/price. THIS PLACE IS NOW CALLED GATEWAY AND IS THE GATEWAY TO HELL! THE MANAGEMENT ARE HORRIBLE! MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING OR YOU HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THEM.
