They care more about money than their tenants, have fired most of their quality employees, and the place has become a dump. Its well over 90 degrees in my apartment with no hopes of turning the air on anytime soon. The new apartment manager "Gabby" is a useless nitwit possessing zero customer service skill what-so-ever and the person who is there running things after they fired the previous apartment manager (Katie, who was wonderful by the way and had worked there 20+ years, got canned over the phone on her day off), Annette, is a superficial and completely worthless moron, they feel it is unacceptable to give notice of any major outages (we were recently without water for over 12 hours), don't feel that they should turn on the air conditioning until May among a whole list of other issues. The managing staff does not address the concerns of the residents, and if you complain be prepared not to be able to renew your lease. There are residents who do all sorts of inappropriate things to pay their rent, on line porn, prostitutes, drug dealers you name it! There is a mold issue and even a resident who regularly deals with fecal matter in her bathtub due to a backup issue that can't seem to get fixed. The laundry rooms are never clean and the washing machines and dryers are broken half the time, the "landscaping" people leave more of a mess than they actually clean and with the exception of Joe and Justin, the maintenance staff is a joke too! So good luck! If you do decide to check this place out, only deal with Jeana or Cici in the office, the other two, who are "managers" even, Gabby and Annette are worthless excuses for a human being and you won't get very far. Oh, and even though they offer the doggie clean up stations, there is quite a bit of dog poop, so don't walk through the grass at all. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

This place is unsafe, the apts. are small, poorly designed, drug-related crime, parking is far, lots of bugs, and the worst part is the staff. The pros are that they spray for bugs every Monday at no charge, it is cheap, it has a pool, it has plenty of parking, you can be as loud as you want, everyone else is, and smoking is allowed in the apts.
