Seriously, DO NOT LIVE HERE. The office is a joke. The lack communication, organization, and customer service. My roommate and I are counting down the days to get the hell out of here. The manager does not care at all about her tenants and is a poor excuse for a manager. She does not respond to any emails even after requesting you email her. The office does not take complaints seriously and will screw up your rent every single month. They will tell you to call the protective services line and no one ever answers or calls back. I suggest calling the police if you have an issue. THERE'S ALSO DRUGS. So if you have kids or worry about being robbed don't live here. I ensured I got extra renters insurance to protect my property because I fear every time I leave some drug addict will break in. I have brought the drugs to the attention of the office and THEY DON'T CARE. Be shocked if they say they background check you upon moving in because the neighbor is on house arrest with an ankle bracelet. How does someone on house arrest live here if she was background checked? Probably because she wasn't. I have filed a complaint with the BBB after a letter of eviction was posted on my door stating we owed money when really we didn't owe a dime. You would think before attempting to evict someone they would open a file on the apartment first. If they actually looked at files they would have found we have paid on time in full every single month we have lived here. I had to provide my own proof to get this handled. This apartment complex is a complete disaster. The neighbors are barbaric and will destroy your property. My car has been vandalized, along with décor on my porch smashed and destroyed in the rocks outside. There are constant piles of trash outside my door on my porch and the grounds keepers DO NOT CLEAN. They blew a pile of leaves under my front window and just left it there. You can find dirty panties and used condoms laying around outside. People having sex in their cars and people smoking drugs by the trash cans. Also homeless people digging inside the dumpsters. My other two reviews are on yelp. All about living with mold and water damage too. Stay far, far away. Also, if you do live here, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. I photograph everything, save every email, paper, and rent slip. All to save my ass when these incompetent idiots try to screw us over when we move out. According to their other reviews IT DOES HAPPEN. I will review, review again, and then AGAIN when we move out. People need to know about this poorly run apartment complex. This is a great place to live!! I have been hear for over a year and with them being on the lightrail line it is great!! I can get to the campus in about 10 minutes once on the lighrail. The management is good, not had any problems and when i put in a work order it gets done in a good time frame. All in all i would say its great and intend on staying!!
