It’s a little pricy but it’s a nice neighborhood. The apartment is a bit outdated, appliances are old and the cosmetic stuff is dingy. Overall, it’s quiet, safe and a clean neighborhood. Also right next to the dead mall, but Costco and Target make up for it. ...
