What an absolute nightmare. I can't stress enough how bad the manger is here. I had to deal with her on several occations and have only been left unhelped and angry with her incompetance. Its a wonder why all the fellow tenants I have spoken to who rent here can't wait to get out. If your looking.. KEEP LOOKING, if your renting im sure your like me and cant wait to get the hell out. Worst place I have EVER rented. Don't fall for the sales pitch the place is nothing like they tell you. For example, Haven is marketed as a Luxury complex... whats luxury about getting your water turned off once a month, usually without notice. What's luxury about a washer/dryer combination unit that does dry your clothes so you are forced to use the public laundry room. What's luxury about a gated community if the gates don't work!!! OH and if anything breaks in your unit... there is no money to fix it...that's right, so you are s**t out of luck! And since there is no money to fix anything, expect to get charged up the you know what for normal wear and tear on your apartment. Oh and if you're not convinced yet, the complex will tap your unit for power to run their own equipment. I rented from winter '07 through winter '08. ...
