I do not know where to start. I could start with the horrible staff or the horrible service. i could start with the lowest quality repairs on the planet if they ever get done. I could start with the neighbor breaking in TWICE and nothing done about it, no reports no notes nada! I will start with the severity of taking advantage of residents and lack of respect for tenants from the staff. This staff will slip letters in your door that are very important and claim that they were delivered and that you are responsible for any fines WHEN you dont receive them. This by the way is against the law, it states in contract all letters of importance must be hand delivered or by certified mail. Oh Yeah not to mention I had a piece of federal mail delivered which contained my Birth certificate which they never even told me about for 7 months!
