First Rent $800 a month plus utilities a month for a 13 month lease. You get one parking space between roommates, even when there are hundreds of others open. Apartment is alright but landscaping is ugly. We had a four foot hole right infront of our apartment for 3 months. A/c is a joke. We had our a/c go out 40x between march and october for days at a time. our drier broke and maintence refused to fix it saying nothing was wrong. The drier took three cycles to dry like five shirts. For releasing they won't drop the price of the apartment. I rented from spring '09 through spring 10. ...
