I have lived at Eastyn for 3 years the roaches took over, air conditioner is broken right now 7 days office brings this tiny ass cooler that blows hot air, the office said they will get an estimate so I am supposed to continue to stay in an apt with 88 and above to get repairs done you wait for months, there is a great turn over of management new people come and go. This complex needs a overall redo, with maintenance,roaches infestation, up keep period I rate this building 1 I am moving as I write this review it’s horrible living conditions I am over it. ...
