I lived at Wilmot North for over 6 years. During that time the water was shut off at least 400 times for broken, old underground water pipes. I was threatened twice by a younger resident, a man in a wheelchair was threatened twice by the same resident, and a woman with an amputated lower leg was threaten twice by him, too. It was reported to the office by all of us and nothing was done. The rent goes way up every year. One year my rent was jacked up by $351. If you have a small dog, stay out. They let in any size dog in regardless if they are dangerous or not. Mine was attacked three times. The office staff is there for one purpose only. To take your money. The grass is dead.
