Everyone is always so friendly and caring including the neighbors. Maintenance is amazing and the apartment itself is beautiful! If you love nature this is the apartment for you! They even have owls and hawks that live in the apartment area so you get to see them often. It is only a 30 minute drive to campus as well. ...

Management changed right when I left. Parking was tight but the area is safe. A bit far from U of A. Basha's 2 minutes down the road. Laundry facilities are pretty good. I rented from fall '05 through summer '06.
