This is some of the worst apartment living that I have had in my life. This place overcharges for rent, has a disgruntled office employ that constantly attempted to write up complaints and hand out penalty fees, even went around asking neighbors in an attempt to find new complaints on residents. (Luckily most of my neighbors liked me and were already aware of the situation with this particular employee). They have a non-working Jacuzzi that they have been promising the get fixed for over 2 years. Most of the maintenance crew is rude, not helpful, and ineffective with repairs. On top of that I left my apartment in very good condition and they still found carpet and cleaning fees to add up to exactly my security deposit. Even after I performed carpet cleaning myself and provided pictures of the like-new condition, this complex still refused to return any security deposit. I would definitely not recommend this place for anybody to live in unless you enjoy overpaying for consistent harassment, penalty fees, non-working amenities, and not getting your security deposit back.
