Well granted there is a Walgreen right beside or in front of the Apartments dont worry about needing drugs you have your local drug dealers walking around Kimberly hood just willing and ready for the hand out. Hell you can even honk your horn and have you own person dealer walk out and give it to you like a drive thru. Beautiful as it seems on the outside and inside nothing beats the moment you look out your window and see six police offers with guns out pointed toward close apartments. If you like to party or at least hear one then this is the place for you, you got bumping going on until the morning you got out of control parties that consists of gang members oh and yeah the guns being let off in the parking lot!. Don't worry though trusty tpd will be there just to knock and knock and knock and when no one answers the door they just shrug it off and leave. oh and the times when the couples fight can be more entertaining than you sat night movies, you see fights hear fights and hear neighbors threaten to kill one another. The inside of the apartments yes are big and could be beautiful however if something breaks in the apartment dont go asking for assistance from the office cause it wont happen we had lights and doors that were just falling off and not working not because of us just because the place is literally falling apart. The balcony had dry rot and would give when you walked on it. The neighborhood kids well lets just say if they aren't breaking things they are trying to sell mom and dad's meds. want to go for a swim well last summer you couldn't one if not both pools were out of order and the "hot Tub" has never worked I dont think. Drugs on this property are insane you want anything and I mean anything you can get it. Hell you can even have people walk up and show you what they got. There are the gang members and their "homies' who act like they run the place and in all honesty if you really see whats going on they do!! Lived there for many many years and finally after the last three months thank god we are out of there.. SO if you go BE WARE.... you might get shot or you or your kids might get hooked!!
