Don't do it, this place is awful. You don't realize until after the lease is signed that it is religious based housing, and even if they say it's not that big of a deal, it is. The house is in awful condition, they are very slow to respond to complaints (stove has been broken a year), and it is dorm style housing. Don't pay $1000 for a shitty triple, go find a shitty apartment you won't have to share the shower with 9 other people. I rented from spring '08 through fall '08. ...
